The thought of a young person today not knowing the name Jules Verne (or Antoine de Saint-Exupéry for that matter) is the stuff of tragedy. Verne inspired countless leaders of the space community of old and leaders today of the NewSpace community today. His writing was fantastic but prophetic. In these times, we need the youth to be exposed to such great authors (hell, we could all use a dose of inspiration!). Inspiring, thought-provoking, and entertaining…Verne may have written a century ago, but his spirit is alive and well today.
